What This Policy Covers. This policy covers our treatment of personally identifiable information that we obtain from you when you register as a new customer and when you purchase products that may be offered for sale on our Sites. We regard personally identifiable information as information that someone can use to identify or contact you in person, such as real name, telephone number, email address, physical mailing address, and financial account information. Information that we use internally to identify you as a customer in our system, such as your selected username or password, is not considered personally identifiable information.
What This Policy Does Not Cover. This policy does not cover the privacy practices of third parties that we do not own or control, such as our partners and advertisers. In addition, we may provide links to other services and on occasion to other sites that may interest you. All of these sites operate independently and they have their own privacy or security practices. We have no control over, do not review, and cannot be responsible for these outside websites or their content. HOW INFORMATION IS COLLECTED
1. Information You Provide.
Required Registration Information. When you register as a customer, we collect the following information from you: full name, company name and tax identification number, if applicable, billing postal address, telephone number, fax number, email address, and the username and password you have created.
Required Information When You Order Products. When you order products on our Sites, we collect your full name, credit card type, credit card number, expiration date, and security code.
Email Information. In addition to providing the foregoing information to us, if you choose to correspond further with us through email, we may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses. We provide the same protections for these electronic communications that we employ in the maintenance of information received by mail and telephone. It will remain safeguarded and not be shared with any outside services or companies.
Access To Your Personal Information. In general, we make it easy for you to view the personally identifiable information we have collected from you in your customer profile, where you can add, edit, or delete it as you see fit.
2. Information We Track.
Similar to other commercial Web sites, our Sites utilize a standard technology called "cookies" (see explanation below, "What Are Cookies?") and Web server logs to collect information about how our Sites are used. Information gathered through cookies and Web server logs may include the date and time of visits, the pages viewed, time spent at our Sites, and the Web sites visited just before and just after our Sites. This information is collected on an aggregate basis. None of this information is associated with you as an individual.
What Are Cookies? Cookies are a feature of Web browser software that allows Web servers to recognize the computer used to access a Web site. Cookies are small pieces of data that are stored by a user’s Web browser on the user’s hard drive. Cookies can remember what information a user accesses on one Web page to simplify subsequent interactions with that Web site by the same user or to use the information to streamline the user’s transactions on related Web pages. This makes it easier for a user to move from Web page to Web page and to complete commercial transactions over the Internet. Cookies should make your online experience easier and more personalized.
INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT.
1. Personal Information of Children Under The Age of 13.
You should be aware that our Sites are not intended for, or designed to attract, children under the age of 13 and as such, we do not intentionally gather personally identifiable information of children who are under the age of 13. If you believe that we have collected personal information about a child who is under the age of 13, please contact us at custserv@alanjamesgroup.com and such personal information will be deleted.
2. Social Security Number.
We do not ask or require your social security number in connection with your registration as a customer or your purchase of products on our Sites. No one representing AJG Brands will ever ask for your social security number. If at any time you receive an e-mail requesting such information from someone purporting to represent AJG Brands please notify us immediately.

AJG Brands is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We utilize encryption/security software to safeguard the confidentiality of personal information we collect from unauthorized access or disclosure and accidental loss, alteration or destruction. When you provide confidential personal credit card information to us on our Sites, a secure server software which we have licensed encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. The information is scrambled en route and decoded once it reaches our Sites. However, no company, including us, can fully eliminate security risks associated with personal information.
Please note that email correspondence that you may send to us may not be secure unless we advise you that security measures will be in place prior to your transmitting the information. For that reason, we ask that you do not send confidential information such as Social Security or financial account numbers to us through an unsecured email.
HOW INFORMATION IS SHARED AND DISCLOSED
